Eviction papers: you have 5 business days

The Hillsborough County Clerk explains it this way. Once you are served, you have 5 business days to pay all the back rent into the Court Registry and file an answer. If you don't, a default judgment may be entered against you. Rent can only go into the Court Registry after the landlord files the eviction. Check your papers for the exact date.
