The city's outreach teams and police homeless unit (PATH) are the way into Pinellas Hope, Catholic Charities' shelter in Clearwater.

Regional mental health and substance use networks

Florida's Department of Children and Families works through regional networks called Managing Entities. They don't give care themselves, but they can help you find treatment in your area. These are their office lines. In a crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
