Building Seattle homes since 2004
Tang Real Estate Investments (TangREI) has been investing in the Seattle real estate market since 2004. They find real estate opportunities and either improve them themselves or assign them to other investors, and they own rental properties across the Puget Sound region.
Jimmy Tang immigrated to Seattle from Vietnam 38 years ago and has watched the city change from a quiet town into a bustling hub. He works on the housing shortage in the community through his home building.
TangREI also buys homes from private homeowners and real estate agents, in most cases as is, and sells professionally remodeled homes.
Meet the crew
Jimmy Tang, President and Founder. Outside of work he spends time with his daughter and twin boys and keeps up his workouts.
Casey Su, Project Coordinator. She joined TangREI in September 2022 with no construction background. In her words: “It was like learning a brand-new language for me.”
Hector Huerta, Superintendent. One of the first friendly faces you meet at the job sites, keeping projects on time and having a plan when setbacks happen.
