How it works
Renters show up as anonymous labels. A renter's name and contact appear only if that renter says yes to your request.
This list is not an application list. Sharing a profile is not applying. You are responsible for following fair housing, source of income and rental rules where your home is, including first in time rules in cities like Seattle. Profiles are listed newest first.
Bunklow does not screen, score, rate or rank anyone, and does not make rental decisions. There are no scores and no background reports. You make your own decisions and follow your state and local law.
Each renter states their own income in their own words. Every lawful source of income counts, housing vouchers too. Assistance animals are not pets.
Bunklow never touches rent or deposits. That happens only between the renter and the owner.
