Not legal advice. These terms describe how this venue works. A lawyer where you live should review anything that binds you.

1. By using Bunklow you agree you are using an advertising board, not a housing provider.
2. You must be 18 or older to post or to use the Roommates board.
3. You are responsible for your posts and for complying with fair housing and other laws that apply to you.
4. Do not post phones, emails, street addresses, government IDs, or protected class requirements. Those posts may be queued or removed.
5. Bunklow may remove, park, or queue content, including after a report. We are not obligated to monitor every post. Repeat abuse may lose posting access.
6. Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230): user and partner content is theirs. We do not require discriminatory dropdowns. Report discriminatory or fraudulent listings. We will review and may take down material upon notice.
7. DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512: partner photos appear only from feeds we are permitted to display. Report a copyright claim on the listing or via Write us. We do not scrape the open web.
8. Some links leave Bunklow and open another company. If you use that link, Bunklow may be paid. You do not pay extra. You do not have to use the link. The file, the post, and the search stay free.
9. You are solely responsible for local law on your post: zoning, occupancy, habitability (your state’s landlord-tenant act, for example WA RCW 59.18, CA Civil Code 1941.1, NY HMC), RV pads, wastewater, and short-term rental or lodging-tax registration. Bunklow does not collect lodging tax and does not issue permits.
10. You will not list a space you cannot legally offer, including an unauthorized sublease. If you use your own lease, your own inspection sheet, or a screening you run off this site, you are responsible for it. Bunklow did not write or review it, as stated on Your own papers. You indemnify Bunklow, its operators, and its partners from claims arising from your listing, your stay, your paper, a peer-to-peer dispute, injury, or a municipal action about your post.
11. Acceptable use: no scams, harassment, adult content, illegal sublets, or discriminatory dwelling ads. Report is on every listing. We may remove content and stop a handle from posting.
12. You grant Bunklow a license to display the listing you post, on this board only, until you park it or we remove it. You keep your photos and words.
13. Limitation: You choose a listing, a stay, a lease, a sheet, a screening avenue, or a screening you run off this site. We are not liable for what happens after you choose one, to the maximum extent the law allows. We do not draft or review leases. Written agreements are between you and the other person.
14. Posting and hunting stay free. A better-grade professional item, if we offer one, is optional, and the price is on that screen before anyone pays. The free way stays. Featured is optional extra visibility we are not selling yet. No card is taken to list. A free post still appears on the board.
15. Partner photographs and copy appear only from feeds we are permitted to display. We do not claim those photos. Report a copyright issue on the listing or via Write us.
16. These terms are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer licensed where you live. If a term is unenforceable, the rest still apply.
