1. On a listing, tap Report and pick a reason (scam, fraud, adult content, privacy, discrimination, other). That queues the listing for review.
2. You can also Write us with the listing link. We may park, queue, or remove the post. We are not obligated to monitor every post, and removal is not a guarantee or a finding of fact.
3. Repeat abuse may lose posting access. This is our good-faith process for illegal, fraudulent, or discriminatory material, including fair-housing and copyright notices.
4. Discriminatory phrases on a room, apartment, or home listing (for example “no kids,” “females only”) are screened and queued. A Roommates post may say women or men, under Fair Housing Council v. Roommate.com, 666 F.3d 1216 (9th Cir. 2012). Race and similar lines are queued on both boards.
5. Voice-to-text, if you use it, only fills the boxes you could have typed. You tap Post. Bunklow does not publish a mascot’s words as your listing. The microphone is optional.
