1. Bunklow is an advertising platform only. It is not a licensed firm, brokerage, landlord, property manager, inspector, appraiser, insurer, lender, employer, or background-screening company.
2. We are not a party to any rental agreement, lease, sublease, roommate arrangement, or other transaction. We do not own, operate, manage, inspect, or control any listing.
3. We do not receive or handle rent, security deposits, or leasing fees, and we do not negotiate leases. When you pay a third-party vendor, those funds are not paid to Bunklow. Rent, deposits, and payments between renters and owners never pass through Bunklow. Bunklow charges only for its own products (Pro tools, guides, and books) and may earn commissions from partners, as disclosed. We are not a background-screening company. Screening a person who might live there is a choice the owner makes: a paid avenue, or their own path off this site. Bunklow does not run the check and does not decide. 4. Listings are submitted by users. Bunklow does not inspect, approve, certify, warrant, or vouch for any person, home, feed item, photo, or statement.
5. Parked listings stay as links. Parked does not mean inspected, held, or guaranteed.
6. A listing is not live until the owner confirms the facts and that they have the right to offer it. That confirmation is their word. Bunklow does not verify it. A number on a card is their rent. Listing is free. A paid upgrade is optional. They choose it on purpose, and it is not required to be on the board.
7. Bunklow lists residential housing only. Office, retail, warehouse, and other commercial space are not listed. A company may post a home or a room. Bunklow is not their property manager, landlord, or listing agent. Featured is optional extra visibility we are not selling yet. Published rates are not a bill.
