RV addendum
This page is in English only.
Not legal advice. These terms describe how this venue works. A lawyer where you live should review anything that binds you.
- An RV and a camper are the same listing. Both are personal property, not a house. A trailer offered the same way follows this same addendum. This addendum applies to all three, and it sits on top of the venue terms. It does not replace them.
- The card is not live until the owner checks every fact: the right to offer the vehicle or the pad, insurance if they claim it, registration, who may drive it, zoning, wastewater, how long someone may stay, and that a stay under 30 days may be lodging with a local license and tax. Bunklow does not check those facts. A checked box is the owner's word. It is not our inspection.
- Two rentals, and they are not a dwelling. Renting the vehicle, including to drive it, is a rental of personal property. A normal auto policy often does not cover that. Offering it as a place to sleep does not make it a house. Washington does not treat a normal RV or camper as a legal dwelling. Cities and counties limit how long one may be occupied. A stay of 30 days or more can look like a rental of space. It is still not housing. A unit put on a foundation and tied to utilities can be taxed as real property. That change is the owner's to know. Airbnb listing one does not change any of this.
- No inspection or certification. Bunklow does not inspect, certify, or verify roadworthiness, mechanical condition, safety equipment, title, registration, insurance, or hookups. We do not say it is legal to live in. A Walk of an RV or camper is a record of that hour. It is not a certificate.
- Bunklow is not a party. We do not collect the rent, the deposit, or the lodging tax. We do not broker the rental. Injury, damage, a mechanical failure, an accident, or a city fine sits with the owner and the other person. If they use their own paper, they are responsible for it. Bunklow did not write or review it.
- The pad. If the listing is a place to park, the owner confirms they have the right to offer that spot, including ownership, a lease, park rules, or an HOA. Zoning and wastewater are theirs. Bunklow does not permit the pad.
- Before money moves, see the vehicle or the pad in person. Bunklow does not hold a deposit and does not verify the other person.
