Apply online at jobs.utah.gov/mycase, or go to an employment center. You can also call 801 526 0950 or 866 435 7414 and ask for an application by mail, but that can be slower. Your benefits start the day you apply. You may get SNAP within 7 days if you qualify for faster service, and then you only need to show who you are.

WIC serves women during pregnancy and up to 1 year after, plus babies and children until their 5th birthday. You qualify by income and a health or nutrition need. If you get Medicaid, SNAP or TANF, your income already qualifies. WIC does not ask about immigration or citizenship status. To apply, call or text your local WIC clinic.
